I am a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Colorado at Boulder, working with Dr. Jeremy Darling. My research focuses on measuring the proper motion and the geometric distance of the Andromeda galaxy. In addition, I study magnetic fields in accretion disks around supermassive black holes. I completed my PhD thesis in October 2011 at Leiden University, The Netherlands. In september 2007, I finished my masters degree at the University of Manchester, UK. A copy of my CV can be found here.
